Refunds & Returns Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns unless they are faulty, not as described, or unsafe, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Return Process
To start a return, please contact us at info@avaliactivewear.com. If your return request is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs

Change of mind or incorrect size:
If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, sizing issue, or for no fault of our own, you are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Items cannot be returned once used. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns/refunds or exchanges on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (subject to the return conditions above), and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Exchanges are not available on sale items. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless deemed faulty under Australian Consumer Law.
For eligible exchanges due to size or change of mind, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Sale Items & Gift Cards
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded, including for size changes or change of mind.
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.
This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If a sale item is deemed faulty, not as described, or unsafe, you may be entitled to a refund or replacement.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
Items must be returned in the same condition received — unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Return shipping costs remain the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
